Q: What are RamRods?

Q: How do I know which stabilizers to order?

Q: Where are RamRods made?

A: RamRods are designed and manufactured in Southern California with U.S. sourced materials.

Q: Who builds the stabilizers?

A: Our stabilizers are handcrafted by the owners and a carefully trained staff.

Q: What is your warranty?

A: We guarantee that our products will arrive free of defects and in working order. If something doesn’t seem right with your order send us an email and we will make sure you are completely satisfied with your products.

Shipping and Orders

Q: How long will it take for me to get my order?

A: Most of our products are made to order, meaning we begin handcrafting each product after the order is placed. While we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, we always prioritize quality and consistency. Most of our products ship in 2-14 days for customer orders of 1-2 sets. Dealer orders or large customer orders take more time.

Q: I paid for expedited shipping but my order hasn’t shipped yet, what’s going on?

A: Don’t worry, we didn’t forget you! Most of our products are custom built for each customer, meaning it takes a few days to have them crafted and shipped. Once your products have been finished they will ship according to the method you selected.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: You should receive two emails after placing your order. The first email will confirm that your order has been placed and then a second email will be sent when your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order please send us an email and we will verify that your order was processed correctly.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: There is a shipping calculator on our website to aid in calculating costs. We charge you what UPS charges us.

Q: I don’t see international shipping on the website, do you sell internationally?

A: We are working on setting up our website for international orders. In the meantime please send us an email at and we will either prepare your order manually or put you in contact with a dealer that covers your country.

Q: I would like to be sponsored by RamRods, how can I do that?

A: Our 2017 prostaff positions have already been filled. However, we are always interested in meeting talented athletes who are passionate about the sport. Email us at with your resume and bio and we will review your information and see what we can do.

Q: How do I get my college or JOAD archery program sponsored by RamRods?

A: We are working on coming out with programs to support college and JOAD archers. In the meantime please send us an email and we will see if we can work something out for you.

A: Lead times vary depending on product and volume ordered. Most orders are completed in 2-6 weeks.
